With the 5 adjusting holes on our Classic Flower Collar is designed to allow maximum adjustability. Should your pup gain or loose weight or you prefer a loser fit so that the flowers can be displayed more prominently on your pup, simply shift to the desired adjusting holes along the strap to get a looser or tighter fit for your pup’s neck. It also has a D-ring where you can attach cute name tag/ airtag & leash here.

Sizing

How to measure your pup:
Measure your dog in standing position. Use a measuring tape and snug around your pup’s neck. The measuring tape should be where you want the collar to sit or where the collar normally sit.

• For short-fur breed (eg: beagle, frenchie), leave room for your pinkie finger between the tape and your pup’s neck.
• For fluffy dogs (eg: pomsky, sheltie), should be measured against their skin to get the best fit. (measure without finger gap) This is your pup’s neck size in cm. Note this measurement in cm down.
• IMPORTANT: Do not measure your existing collars for sizing.

5 Adjusting holes:

• Holes are 1.5cm apart
• Measured correctly, the collar will fit in between the 1st hole (tightest) to 3rd hole (middle), depending how tight or loose you would like the collar to normally sit on your pet's neck.
• If there is no space constraints, extra holes are available upon request. (Please indicate in Notes)

Note: The correct measurement of the neck is of great importance. The neck circumference determined by you is the decisive value for us. For example, if your dog has fluffy coat or a particularly small / large head; you prefer the collar as close to the neck as possible or particularly loosely, etc. this is all information that you should be happy to share with us. Not only this, in terms of comfort and aesthetic, they are lightweight and shiny too, making them extremely suited and beautiful to be worn on our favourite 4-legged babies.

And yes, we believe to only choose & use the best materials for our precious fur babies. Nothing less, we promise.💪

ᴄᴀʀᴇ ᴛɪᴘ: Just use some dish soap and running tap water and lightly use your fingers (or very soft bristles brush if it's extremely dirty) just rub off the grim and dirt, dab with a soft dry cloth & leave it to dry! (For best wash outcome, recommended to best wash at 30ºC)

Moki Walkie Easy Clip Flower Collar (Fixed) comes with a quick-release buckle making it easy to release & close. This is especially useful for owners whose super excited pups can't stay still to wear collars before they head out for their daily walkie adventure! Quick-release Buckle:
Our Quick-release Buckles are made of zinc alloy composes of pin & spring and are high quality buckles, highly polishes, designed for safety. It is extremely important to ensure that both sides of the buckle prongs are clicked into place and fastened tight. Always check by tugging on the collar to ensure is secure before heading for your walkie adventure. In case of a faulty buckle, we will replace the buckle for you with no additional cost. Please note that our Quick-release buckles are not suitable if your pup is a heavy puller or fearful with high bolting risk.
Overtime due to wear & tear, the shiny coated layer of colour might be damaged and scratched exposing the underneath zinc alloy metal. As zinc is reactive to saltwater and will degrade the strength integrity of the buckle, it is best to avoid seawater if buckle show signs of scratches.

For safety, martingale collars should not be left on dogs all the time. if the collar were to get caught on something, it could constrict around your dog’s neck, causing him to freak out and potentially leading to injury. For safety’s sake, just use martingale collars during walks. Your pup should always be supervised while wearing martingale collars.

Sizing

How to measure your pup:
Measure your dog in standing position. Use a measuring tape and snug around your pup’s neck. The measuring tape should be where you want the collar to sit or where the collar normally sit.

• For short-fur breed (eg: beagle, frenchie), leave room for your pinkie finger between the tape and your pup’s neck.
• For fluffy dogs (eg: pomsky, sheltie), should be measured against their skin to get the best fit. (measure without finger gap) This is your pup’s neck size in cm. Note this measurement in cm down.
• IMPORTANT: Do not measure your existing collars for sizing.

Martingale Collar Sizing:
After you have measure your dog's neck in cm based on the instructions given. When worn correctly around a, say, 30cm neck measurement, this 30cm neck measurement will also be the entire inner circumference of the collar with the chain stretched out to the max. This allows the chain to constrict and tighten to semi-choke your dog if you need to correct your dog pulls on the leash. This also means that when worn correctly around your dog's neck , the chain should not be dangling when relaxed. The two O-rings on the chain attached to the collar should not touched each other and should always have a 2-5cm cm gap based on size and breed of dog.
Please note that the length of the metal chain is 9cm and is fixed.

Name Personalisation:

There will be no D-Ring attached for 30cm-32cm sizing due to space constraints. Please note that due to space constraint, long names especially on a smaller collar (size 30cm-32cm) are subjected to having the metal slider to slide against & over the name in the process of adjusting the length to fit your pup. As such, there might have a probability that certain parts of the name be partially blocked. In order to minimise the above and also due to space limitation, we will make the font size & icons. Only proceed if you can accept this. By default, all personalised name height will be will be 9mm or above.

Note: The correct measurement of the neck is of great importance. The neck circumference determined by you is the decisive value for us. For example, if your dog has fluffy coat or a particularly small / large head; you prefer the collar as close to the neck as possible or particularly loosely, etc. this is all information that you should be happy to share with us. You can write these and other special features and comments in the comment field at the end of the order so that the customized product corresponds exactly to your wishes.

• Compared to Zinc alloy, Brass is a stretchier, more malleable metal, making it much more resistant to cracking under pressure and, once again, contributing to its long-lasting nature.
• Brass will naturally tarnish (this is not rust) over time when exposed to elements like air and water, but this does not affect the strength and durability of the metal.

Quick-release Buckle:
Our Quick-release Buckles are made of zinc alloy composed of pin & spring and are high-quality buckles, highly polished, and designed for safety. It is extremely important to ensure that both sides of the buckle prongs are clicked into place and fastened tight. Always check by tugging on the collar to ensure is secure before heading for your walkie adventure. In case of a faulty buckle, we will replace the buckle for you at no additional cost. Please note that our Quick-release buckles are not suitable if your pup is a heavy puller or fearful of high bolting risk.
Over time, due to wear & tear, the shiny coated layer of color might be damaged and scratched, exposing the underneath zinc alloy metal. As zinc is reactive to saltwater and will degrade the strength integrity of the buckle, it is best to avoid seawater if buckles show signs of scratches.

Martingale Chains Material (Please note that the length of the metal chain is 9cm and is fixed):
Our Gold Stainless Steel is Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) coated. This means that it is highly durable, long-lasting, and scratch resistant than normal electroplated hardware. Due to the nature of PVD coating and welding of the chains and rings, minor surface imperfections and spots without gold coating will still be visible. Over time due to wear & tear, the gold coating may fade and reveal the silver stainless steel underneath.

Our Rose Gold Brass is Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) coated. This means that it is highly durable, long-lasting, and scratch resistant than normal electroplated hardware. Due to the nature of PVD coating and welding of the chains and rings, minor surface imperfections and spots without rose gold coating will still be visible. Over time due to wear & tear, the rose gold coating may lose its luster and reveal the brass metal underneath.

Our Gunmetal Black stainless steel is Physical Vapour Deposition (PVD) coated. This means that it is highly durable, long-lasting, and scratch resistant than normal electroplated hardware. Due to the nature of PVD coating and welding of the chains and rings, minor surface imperfections and spots without gunmetal will still be visible. Over time due to wear & tear, the gunmetal coating may fade and reveal the silver stainless steel underneath.

• Holes are 1.5cm apart
• Measured correctly, the collar will fit in between the 1st hole (tightest) to the 3rd hole (middle), depending on how tight or loose you would like the collar to normally sit on your pet's neck.

Name personalization on smaller collar:
Please note that due to space constraints, and long names, especially on a smaller collar (size 19cm-25cm), we will make the font size & icons smaller. Only proceed if you can accept this. By default, all personalized name heights will be 9mm or above.

D-Ring on smaller collar:
For size 19cm-25cm, the D-ring attached next to the Quick-release buckle should not be attached to a leash. It should only be used to attach cute name tags/ airtag.
